Rock hard bread

I've a fair bit of rock hard bread here (was meaning to do a b&b pud)
Some of it's sliced - some of it isn't (and I'm sure I couldn't slice it as is!!)
There are no signs of mold - and it really is rock hard. Can I use it? Any ideas what for?
Cheers

Grate it up and store in a jar. Use wherever breadcrumbs are needed.0
