Short-changed on heating oil
I ordered 900l on Monday, paying online in advance. The guy (or girl) came yesterday (nobody was home) and delivered the oil, then left their wee slip with the meter readings and it showed 899l delivered. Never had this happen before, has anyone else? It's only 54.3p, but still!
