Coleraine/Limavady and surrounding areas

I'm moving house and considering Limavady/Coleraine and surrounding areas. It would need to be a bungalow. I'm wondering from those who live in those places, are there any areas to avoid? Maybe places prone to flooding. Being from outside these areas I'm wary of buying a house only to end up regretting it later.
Of course any very nice places can be mentioned too
