    You'll never get a job there. They just interview people to humiliate them. I've a contact on the inside who told me this. :D

    Yes it is indeed. And because a lot of people will move from other IT jobs it should introduce some liquidity into the job market as people move about. :beer:

    Good to see good paying jobs coming,I hope they last,sadly some large firms from abroad have in the past turned up took the grants and a couple of years down the line moved their operations abroad when the grants ran out.

    Allstate have been here for nearly 15 years and already employ 1900+ people in Northern Ireland spread over 3 sites.

    Yeah but one site is in Strabane so you could say it has 2 working sites :rotfl::rotfl:

    Its all relative though isnt it? And i know quite a few people who've had a good grounding there and moved on to excellent jobs.

    Apart from anything when theres a big recruitment drive by an organisation like this, it does open up the employment market up and maybe increase wages overall.
