NavTrak
Does anyone use this system? And if yes, are you happy with it? We've had a problem with them using out of date phone numbers, despite phoning them twice. We never had problems when it was Cobra NavTrak but it's part of Vodaphone now and we think the quality has gone down.

My partner was knocked off his motorbike 3 weeks ago by a driver who pulled out of a junction without looking. His bike is written off and his leg was broken in 5 places resulting in a hospital stay and operation on the leg. The driver of the car admitted guilt at the side of the road and was cautioned by police for…

Solid white line, 2 way road
Am I correct in thinking that these should not ever be crossed for overtaking, regardless of how slow a road user in front might be going? If so it does seem to be a rule that is routinely broken. I have been behind bikes on 2-3 occasions recently in such a situation with someone behind me clearly upset at the delay.

I got two burst tyres from a 4 inch deep pothole. The road is in Gloucestershire County Council and claim was administered by Amey Gloucestershire and the claim was refused by Gallagher Bassett. I got the letter through this morning in…

Thieving mechanic
^Potentially.. Hi all, I'd like to share a recent experience and I'm seeking guidance on how to proceed. A few months back, I purchased some brake parts for my car online. Am I being ripped off by Zipcar?
Hi all, As someone who as regularly hired cars for 10 years, but never owned, and thus never been responsible for repair etc, I would like to ask some advice. I recently had a little prang in a Zipcar, where I reversed into a van that was pulling up behind me (not exactly sure who was at fault, I suspect it was shared…

Thinking of selling campervan but unsure what to move on to?
Thinking of selling my much adored campervan which I use as my everyday car once it passes its MOT in October, I will then buy a runaround car (any thoughts for £2k ish?) and save towards either a small motorhome or a car plus caravan? I'm unsure which to go for. I understand that on a site it can be a nuisance to pack up…
