I was driving my (fully insured) car and out of the blue a jogger/[STRIKE]nutter[/STRIKE] jumped on my bonnet and proceeded to beat the hell out of my windscreen. How do I make a claim from the jogger.

Drivers fault, those wheels don't suit the car. If you were a car nut you would have done the same and told the driver get some better wheels.

Just another Momentum member trying to gain support for Corbyn. At least, that's how the Daily Wail will spin it.
  • Nip down the nick quick, the police now run the fastest psychiatric diagnostics in the world and can declare someone has mental issues even before they know his name, this is quite a recent discovery, the media will even report it in bulletins and on the front page to re-assure the public.

They might send some heavily armed Ninjas out in case any more people with mental health issues happen to pass by.

Wonder what that was all about?

Driver should have put his foot, cast iron common law duress defence in those cirumstances.

The guy was dressed in sports gear. I wonder if he was a jogger and the car had just given him a close shave? When people are pumped up with exercise they can get far more aggressive and angry than normal. I know if I am on my bike and pushing along hard I get far more vocal at cars that infringe my space than I do when the same things happen and I an driving or walking.

Quite clearly all pedestrians should wear number plates, be taxed and insured at all times...

It will be a fault claim I am afraid, wrong place wrong time.

Can you quote the ACTUAL law that supports that, not that common law garbage that "sovereign citizens" quote

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Trust me I'm as far from a FOTL'er as you can imagine.

Have a read and apply to the case in question.

And precedents to be relied on.
