Winter diesel?
Can anyone tell me if the diesel at the pumps is formulated, ie, winterised, at this time of year? Is it less effecient/economical than summer fuel? Someone suggested to me that it is, and as such accounts for loss of economy in diesel cars over that normally experienced due to cold weather running.

Car park season ticket Bury St Edmunds
As from the end of March, season tickets are increasing greatly. Currently £33.50 to park mon-fri for 8 weeks and will be £50.25. Sim for longer periods. Think about buying your ticket before then even if yours runs out shortly afterwards. The council claim that it is not a price rise, they have merely reduced the discount.
