Kwik Fit Free Brake Test - Outcome = 350 Oh my god pounds

Hi all - been using this trick for a reasonable amount of time but I'm not sure how long they'll leave it open for. I bought a car 3 years ago and got free breakdown assurance through a magor provider for 3 years. I suspended my paid membership of the same company and after a year received my renewal to pay. We do between 13000 and 15000 a year but it is less than 10 mile trips at a time usually (ie no…

Automatic Cars
I have not driven since i passed my test 2 years and 8 months ago. I am looking into getting a car and am a very nervous driver. I thought it may be a good idea to get an automatic whilst I build my confidence. I can always go back to a manual as my driving license it for a manual. How do you drive an automatic though?

Do any of you Volvo drivers know whether it's a non-urgent 'good idea to get a service soonish' (it was MOT'd 6 weeks ago, and…
