New company car -cash or car

Hi
New company car is due, given choice of cash £600 pm (lesstax), or 4/5 dr diesel up to 30k.

If decided to take cash would be at least £500 per month better off when taking into account, tax on £600 and from p11d value of car.
But of course insurance, tyres service etc each year to be deducted.

My main dilemna is fact do about 25k miles per year which is mainly personal, where as if didnt do so many would just take cash and run old car.

Dont know what is best?
Or what car to get ?
Cheers
