I am going to get back into driving and I hear toyotas are very reliable cars. I am specifically looking at the Yaris but I notice it is very expensive. I could pay £5K for an 01 and yet I could get an 03 or 04 Peugeot 206

I'm not sure where you're looking but I saw on 01 60,000 miles about a month ago, for £3.5k and there were others for less. I really wanted one as my first car but couldn't quite stretch that far. Howver my friend bought hers second hand for £4 grand 2 years ago and sold it 3 months ago for £3700 so a fair return.

I guess thats a positive...it will be worth something in a few yrs time
