My current 2 year tracker rate is due to expire in the next four months. The outstanding balance is £49k (repayment period of 9 years). Simply I’m not sure whether to continue with a tracker mortgage or change to a fixed mortgage. Also what period I should lock in for. Thanks for any help/advice
