Tax Return and SA302

Hello,
Very quick question. I'm self-employed and needed proof of income for my mortgage. A few years ago so I had them sent to me by HMRC (They don't send them automatically if you file online).
I'm looking to move house and re-mortgage soon and I have today submitted my tax return online. Does anyone know how soon after submitting the return you can request the SA302?

I was told I could request it 48 hours after submission and I have received it today, seven days after requesting.
