LSAP with NewBuy Scheme

Just wondering if anyone has any advice or experience getting LSAP for a mortgage or even better if Mortgage companies are ok with LSAP as part of the deposit on the NewBuy scheme?
I've read the NewBuy paper work and they are accepting incentives as part of the scheme but I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything to do with the LSAP in particular? As you know 28 days to complete is always difficult (I completed in 32 days for my first buy) on the New Build property developers terms, any helpful advice appreciated!!
