Myself and my partner split up this year and I moved out. The mortgage company say he's not paid the mortgage for 2 months - he says he has. Can anyone tell me if I can renounce any claim on the property to stop my credit rating from suffering anymore? And how hard will it be for me to get a mortgage in the future? Thanks…

Does anywhere offer 95% mortgages??
I am desperatly wanting to sell my house to purchase a bigger house but i Can only afford a 5% deposit. Does anyone know of anywhere that offers 95% mortages.
