Getting a second mortgage

Hi all,
After a bit of advice please. My name is currently against a mortgage yet I don't pay anything towards it. The mortgage is for about £160,000 and is a joint one with my ex. The ex isn't in a position to buy me out and couldn't get a mortgage for the amount needed by herself so we had a separation agreement drawn up to say she would cover the cost of it all. What are my chances of getting another mortgage by myself? I'm pretty sure virtually zero but thought I'd check...

As you are still named on the first property, any lender will have to take that into account when looking to agree another mortgage for you
