Are there any available that do not include buying a new build?
I am hoping something like me putting 10% deposit down and getting an interest free grant of sorts for a further 30% or so, repayable after a few years. The only schemes I have seen that do this are all for over priced new builds that seem to be there to help the developers not the buyers.
I am pretty much baffled by everything at the moment so would appreciate some guidance as to what schemes or direction I should take. TIA for any help you can provide.
