Does anywhere offer 95% mortgages??

I am desperatly wanting to sell my house to purchase a bigger house but i Can only afford a 5% deposit.

Does anyone know of anywhere that offers 95% mortages. Paying the morgage is not a problem i just dont have enough equity in my current house or spare cash to afford anymore than 5%

A couple of weeks ago Halifax were doing mortgages where the vendor pays 5% and the buyer pays 5%, so it might be worth having a word with them.

Halifax are offering 90% mortgages to some customers still, and certain properties might be offered where the vendor pays 5%, but this is only certain properties, not all, so you would only need to find another 5 per cent.

Generally it's really hard to find a mortgage for more than 85%.
