we have failed our credit check due to my fiance having a default on his file (which has been paid) I have a good credit rating. How can we get this default removed from the file? we're depserate to get our lovely house.

I've received dunstonh's opinion that I should consider surrendering my endowment policy with Winterthur which has five years to run. They have added no bonuses to it for the last few years. mortgage fixed rate question - if we move out ??
Hi, our mortgage fixed rate ends September this year. If we go for say a 5 year fixed rate as £500 fee. But then next year we're thinking of moving out and getting a bigger place. what would happen to our exisiting mortgage ?
