Hi,
We are looking at a Britannia mortgage, and apparently after 2 years and then every year afterwards they will pay each of us £110. We are trying to build that into our calculations for comparision.
Do any other socities offer this? Chelsea and Stroud and Swindon more specifically, but any others.
