Hi I'm looking for a little bit of advice really. I have an ongoing complaint with a phone network, and currently with the ombudsmen service. I don't know how much you're allowed to say during this process so let's refer to them as network x for now. I used to work for network x last year. We were informed by the store…

Signed up - via the MSE link, so that MSE gets a little bit of referral business - and on Dec 11th, gave iD Mobile my PAC code from O2, my old provider. Was told…

Is there a problem with Virgin?
I haven't been able to use my mobile phone for the past few days because there is no network coverage. Despite googling this I can't find anything out and although I have tried to phone Virgin Mobile, I gave up after being on hold for 20+ mins. Is anyone else experiencing problems? Many thanks.

Pay As You Go
When did PAYG become "pay X for 30 days worth of service"? Where can i find a proper PAYG deal; ie where i only need to buy more when I run out of credit, the way it used to be. It seems every network has this 30 day nonsense. That's a contract by any definition: if you don't top up you lose all remaining credit.

I tried to upgrade through Carphone Warehouse but failed credit check
My question is can i now go to EE (my current network) and personally upgrade with them instead? I made a mistake and should have just upgraded with EE themselves, as even though i do have bad credit, i ended up getting an upgrade based on a trust deed previously. So no credit check was applied. That was two years ago when…

This has been on going since December, at my home address no signal. I have emailed the CEO who has been in…

Third party website phone contract
I've found a phone deal with EE from a third party phone company. It's for an iPhone 7. I noticed in the information it says phone will be locked to first sim that is inserted. Does this mean locked to the phone provider sim (ee) or locked to my sim once I put it in? I'm confused. Is this to stop it from being sold on?…

Vodafone Not Big Value Bundle
When I bought a smartphone i bought a ten pound big value bundle. At the time I thought it a good deal and I've still got a lot of minutes and data left over. Problem is, as i've just discovered, they don't carry over after the 30 day period. I wasn't told this, and I explicitly asked the sales person if this was the case…

Any experience of unshackled.com
Does anyone have any experience of using unshackled.com? I've got my heart set on a newer iPhone, and no-one can come close to what unshackled can offer me. It's a way of paying on credit (but it's a lot cheaper than PayPal Credit that Apple suggest on their website. Does anyone have any positive or negative experience of…
