Upgrades verses New Contracts
It's time for an upgrade but I have noticed that upgrades are more expensive than new contracts. I'm not sure why and if it's legal. I want a new phone but don't want to pay £10 extra a month than a new contract. So why the price differences?

02 travel
Does anyone have any experience with O2travel outside EU countries I'm going to Japan and Peru but will need to be in contact with home while I'm away, Landline only. o2travel I think costs 4.99 per day if used for 120 mins + some data per 24 hours. But the 4.99 charges do not apply if they ring you but it does use your…

Doogee Valencia Y100 Pro Phone
So far this phone seems quite good. Some of the reviews of Doogee phones claim that the screen is unresponsive, but it seems to be working fine. It is such a relief to be able to install lots of apps and still have 10GB space left on the phone. The speaker seems OK. The battery seems shockingly large in physical size, but…

O2 refuse to give PAC. What can I do?
Hi, I transferred a number from Three to O2 a few weeks ago. I have used the SIM for incoming calls but not topped up the O2 sim. I recently got a great offer from another supplier and wanted to transfer the number from O2 to this new network (Vodafone). However, the O2 CS rep accused me of network hopping and said that as…

Phone Stolen Abroad, Call charges
I'm an o2 customer recently lost my phone abroad. When I spoke to o2 to report it they mentioned it had already been barred due to activity on the phone. Today I received a bill of £507. So my question is about o2 'barring' the phone, I have a PDF report from o2 saying bars were added at 8.11am The first unauthorised call…

Retaining credit when moving from PAYG to contract
I've just signed up to a 12 month sim contract with Three. I have £25 PAYG credit left. On the online chat they said it would move across and cover the first few bills (£8.40 a month intro rate for 6 months). I went to do it online and their website only says the first month. Who is right? And if it's only the first month…

Mobile friendly way to view the MSE forum?
It's so rare now that websites, especially forums are not mobile friendly. Am I missing something as on MSE forums it's frustratingly fiddly to browse/scroll through/read on my phone. Is there a way to make it fit to the phone screen like many other sites?

Best "Invisible" case for iPhone SE
New iphone SE is on the way 😀 Which is the best slim, transparent case so the phone colour/design is still completely visible but protected? Happy to pay a bit more for a good quality one and ideally the edges (the bumper part) slightly grippy material. Spent ages looking online but not found one that jumps out in terms of…

iPhone SE GPS accuracy problem
While out for a country walk recently, I discovered a serious problem with the accuracy of the iPhone GPS location accuracy. The GPS was basically not working, showing an accuracy circle around 3Km in diameter. We were out in open country, not an underground car park. The reason for the inaccuracy may be interference, but…

Repair Galaxy or buy Refurbished iPhone 6s
Two question, if I may My Galaxy speaker and mike seem to have died today. I can't receive calls ie the phone will ring but I can't hear the other person. Call someone and there is no dial tone.
