I have an old Orange PAYG sim which has been deactivated (I have not used it for a while). Who can I contact to get it reactivated - I am going round in circles and getting nowhere finding someone to help!!

If it's been unused for a long time, 6 months + that's it, it's gone and the number will have been recycled.
Just get a new sim, EE will send them out for free.0 -
You would contact EE but as its a while the number has possibly been recycled as Jon suggests.0
