I'm a SIM only customer. I pay £15 a month for 2 GB and unlimited calls/text. This is called "VIP SIM only". On their website it's now advertising the same contract for £12 a month. Any idea why I'm paying £3 a month more?

With the new one coming out next week, I don't want the new one but probably would be looking at getting a 6 or a 5s at least! Is it worth getting a refurbished one? How reliable are they? And do iPhone prices drop as soon as the new one is released?

BT mobile £3,309.4 data bill for august
this happened to me and racked up a £3,309.40 in about 24hrs Am looking for help to get this cancelled. BT business mobile capped my previous month's bill and blocked the data at £150 or so, but this last bill it was uncapped and got a nasty bill in the post today
