I'm a SIM only customer. I pay £15 a month for 2 GB and unlimited calls/text. This is called "VIP SIM only".
On their website it's now advertising the same contract for £12 a month.
Any idea why I'm paying £3 a month more?

Because you have not moaned to them.
Any mobile phone company will not tell you to get off a particular plan.
It's up to you to go to them and do what I said in line one.The more I live, the more I learn.

Plus for your £12 a month your inclusive minutes include calls to any
084/087 number...not just 0845/0870.0 -
I pay £6 a month for 2gb, 300 minutes and unlimited texts. As the wife has VM too 309 minutes is plenty.
No wonder she moved you to £12 a month...0 -
