Out of curiosity, do the Telecoms Ombudsman fine/levy a penalty against mobile phone operators when one of their customers raises a complaint against them? Was wondering how the Ombudsman services are funded, and read something about the energy ombudsman fining companies every time a complaint was raised

Hi everyone, I have recently found out that o2 have removed MMS allowance from their smartphone tariffs. You now have to pay an extra £5 a month for the MMS bolt on which allows up to 50 MMS. Now, I didn't think that I needed the bolt on as I rarely ever send picture messages. However, I did not realise that if a SMS goes…

Any recommendations for a simple smart phone not preloaded with garbage?
I've looked at reviews, and get confused. Can readers recommend a simple, probably Android, smartphone which is (a) good for making phonecalls, sending and receiving texts, doing gmail, looking at websites, and using BBC radio i-player, and (b) does not come pre-loaded with huge and unremovable apps such as the totally…

o2 mis-sold me a contract by promising a free £199 accessory - anyone else affected?
I'm in the UK, and recently signed up for a Note4 with o2. I found out yesterday I was mis-sold a contract, where they promised me a kitsound speaker worth £199 if I took on the contract.
