Tmobile will not give PAC code for unused PAYG SIM - correct ?
tried to get a PAC code for an unused tmobile PAYG sim was told I had to do at least one top up before they would give out a PAC code Are there any regulatory rules with regards to the provision of PAC codes that I might be able to quote in order to try to contest this ?
