How??!! I've searched their website and dialled 450 but there aren't any suitable options - or options to talk to someone. How on earth do I get to talk to someone to ask for it? I tried just not pressing anything to see if that would reroute me to a human but that didn't work either. :confused:

Looking for a contract - any cashback deals about? I notice that Boots don't do mobiles any more, shame as the cashback was very good (as it paid for the rental in Boots points, and a free phone to-boot!). Don't really care what network, as long as I can relatively easily unlock it.
