Getting info off broken mobile

Hope someone can help. I broke my mobile phone the other day - smashed the screen:o. So I can't retrieve any of my numbers or anything (foolishly saved to phone not SIM). I've got a cable to connect the phone to my laptop so I was wondering if it's possible to somehow glean the saved numbers/games/ringtones, etc... off my broken phone - I feel like my life was saved on there!! It's a SE K750i btw.

    do you know anyone with the same fone?
    Get theirs in one hand and yours in the other and follow the clicks to "copy from phone to sim"
    If that makes sense?

    Yes it does. One of my friends has the same phone but I won't see her until next Monday so I'll try it then.
