HELP! Been Paying T-Mobile 15 pounds Monthly for only 25 texts And 50 Mins!!
Ive been with them since 2004.......
My contract is up for renewal in March.
I was planning on cancelling, as i can do without the monthly commitment of that bill.
I reckon i'd be alot better off on PAYG....
But if T-Mobile try and stop me leaving by offering me a better deal.....wots the best i could hope for?
EG: New Phone, 50 texts, less minutes, for under the 15 pounds a month, im currently paying?
Anyone got any opinions or advice please?

either paug or have a look at sim only plans and buy a handset,
if you want an expensive phone may work out more worthwhile on proper contractYes Your Dukeiness0 -
thats one of the worst contracts ive ever seen. it all depends on how much you use the contract, are you going over your monthly bills. If not would recommend payg. if you go over you should reasonably expect 200mins and 100 text with a new phone for 15 pm. If not port over to three on a 300 mix and match with new phone for 15 pm. will more than suit your needs. And go via quidco for a bit of cash back. good luck

I agree awful deal...
Even more so when i saw a 'new customers only' offer in the paper.....offering a swanky new phone........plus Hundreds of texts n minutes!
I could do with more texts, as i often run out....but have to force myself to try n use up the minutes!
I'm Seriously feeling like ive been taken advantage of now0 -
It sounds like a UFix tariff.
You have always been free to call them and change the package.0 -
As has been said before- go for a contract only if you want a flashy phone:). If you don't go the SIM/Pay and Go route- there are some excellent deals about, probably the best is the Simplicity tarriffs- £15 would get you 200 mins and 400 texts a month.0

Unless you want a new phone, try their sim only option. For the same money you pay now you'll get 200 mins!!! Just call customer services. As a loyal customer they will help. Good luck.0
