DIALAPHONE??? i have ordered phone, they have taken money...no phone?

I ordered a nokia n95 on tuesday

they took the money for the phone out of my bank straight away but everyday since my order i get an email saying sorry your order has been delayed and alwasy saying that delivery is the next day,


and i bet tomorrow i get another email saying delivery is postponed?

has anyone else had this problem, also should i worry?

Why don't you call them and see what's going on, it probably just out of stock!! If you aren't happy to wait for it, then cancel the order, get your money refunded & order elsewhere.

I would phone but there is not a customer number , and when you phone the sales team they wont give you any info,

there is only an address i can write to?

i dont know what to do, by the tome i have written to say i dont want it, it might of come, i dont understand why dial a phone has not got a phone number to get in contact with anyone, nor an email address

Well their website says 0871 225 9810 is for Pay Monthly/Contract Customer Services. It also says that 0800 0928 244 is for Sales.
It also implies that if you login into My Account you will be able to track your order etc. Have you tried that?

i have done that keith, it just gives you details on when the phone is to be delivered, and there contact address,


i have just checked again and deliver now delayed again???


i realy am stuck what to do

Have they not been just taken over by Phones4u? This might mean they no longer will worry about their reputation.
