loan charges after death
my sisters husband died suddenly, they had a loan with HSBC.It was covered by insurance. They have paid out ,but have taken £460 out of her account because the loan was paid off early. Is this right?

Hi everybody, I recently received an e-mail about loans etc.. that mentioned something about using some government lagislation to write off part of your debt.
