Hi there - hoping someone can advise, Paragon, who have changed their name several times, have managed to get a CCJ with papers on an old loan (15 yrs!) and have stated that payments were made and defaults issued on dates that are a pure fabrication. There has been no contact for twelve years with this company! It is my partners case and he gave over the house etc upon divorce with a provisio no further financial claim would be made - this is in the papers - but, apparently this old loan was never paid of by his ex and they have now clobbered him for it, well after the statute barred period!?? - having been working overseas he has not seen any of this until this wkend so it appears his time for defence expired, any ideas please....?
