Does anyone know where i can get a cheap personal loan from? I am a single parent and work 20 hours a week, bringing home around £168 including my tax credits. I am desperate to buy a new fridge plus pay a few minor debts wich have caught up with me. My credit is not so good as i have a mark against my name because i had a contract phone i defaulted on due to some ringtone sites who charged me the earth for something i didnt want.
I have contacted provident and they have said they will give me a loan of £300 of which i would have to pay back £9 per week! seems a little steep but im so desperate now that i may have to take it.
Can anyone recomend anyone else who will take me on with a better rate.
