Can you be taken to court 5 months into an IVA?
One of my friends is 5 months into an IVA and one of the debts has been sold on. Now they are pursuing her for money and threatening court action even though the debt is covered by the IVA. Is this anything to be worried about or are they trying it on? Thanks. Simon
