One of my friends is 5 months into an IVA and one of the debts has been sold on. Now they are pursuing her for money and threatening court action even though the debt is covered by the IVA.
Is this anything to be worried about or are they trying it on?
Thanks.

She needs to let her IVA provider know immediately and they will sort it for her.One life - your life - live it!0

She has done this and they have told her they have spoken with them and forwarded the IVA information, but they are still pursuing it.0

Nothing to pursue.
Nothing to worry about!
Just another company trying it on!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

Tell her to direct them to her entry on the Insolvency Register
