We're about to apply for an IVA - in the process of collating documentation. In the meantime what should we do with our creditors? We've been told that we need to offer an amount that's more appropriate to our disposable income but which also doesn't favour one creditor over another. How do I work this out? We haven't…

We are in the process of talking to both payplan and cccs with regards to an IVA, can anyone tell us if they have dealt with either of them for an IVA and what good and bad things you feel about their services as at some point we have to choose between them and we're not really sure which one at the moment.:confused: Thanks

Credit after full and final IVA
Has anyone managed to get credit after completing full and final IVA or do you have to wait the full 6 years? My son is getting married and i would really like to help them out financially and was hoping that i may qualify for a loan with someone. IVA was completed in October 2007.

my hubby and i made the biggest mistake in entering into this agreement 2 1/2 yrs ago. don't believe the companies are there to help us just themselves.does any1 no a way out of an iva without resorting to bankruptcy as i don't want to lose my home and we haven't got the means to pay it off early
