Central Heating flue pipe
Hey New to all this. We are looking at getting a combi boiler. We are going to be creating a soil stack for an upstairs bathroom so the condensation pipe can run into that. For the flue, can this be run between the wall and the soil stack? Or does it need more space?

Asbestos in extractor fan liner?
In the process of ripping out an old (80s) VentAxia extractor fan and when I went to remove the lining box it split and it looks quite a lot like asbestos so I've left well alone. Repairing railing that has rusted through at base
