My weird heating setup
I have an electric immersion and a boiler for the central heating! so the boiler man tells me. Now it gets odd. I have a dual channel controller one for heating, one for the hot water. Ok builder has sent me he's first draft of the contract.. Domestic Contract for minor building work (FMB) is this a standard contract and also he wants about 4% as deposit and then from what I can tell there's 15 stages and the build is always slightly in the money. Is this normal ?
