Washing machine Problem

My washing machine is not working suddenly.
Instead of the spin cycl;e that I set it has rinsed. Now it showing 2 minutes with a flashing arrow and the door locked.
I can't get it to open or do anything else.
Advise please.

Try here if no joy on this forum. Many common faults will be on there if you search your model0

I've got the door open but it will not drain and keeps showing the number 2.
Anyone any ideas.0 -
That model number doesn't show a lot on Google search - are you sure its the right / full model number?
There is normally some sort of manual /emergency drain on washing machines. Does the manual give any clues to that?
EDIT OK I'm guessing the model is WM8127S and not 5 on the end - try searching thsoe forums / google with that instead

When we had a similar problem with our washing machine (different make) the problem was a blockage (sock) in the filter - can you take the filter out and check. Filter is usually located near bottom of machine to one side or sometimes round the back0
