Toilet Problems
Twin flush toilet system and cistern not filling and is running straight into the pan. I cant get the ball c0ck to rise as it wont fill. I can manually lift the ball c0ck but the cistern still wont fill up and runs straight into the pan. What could be wrong? Thanks.
