recessed spotlights for bathrooms - zones??

what would peeps recommend for:

4 spotlights in a bathroom with shower and bath ( am i right thinking all 4 zone 1?)

downstairs wc with sink and toilet - zone 3?

ensuite - zone 1?

Better get it done before 1st January, as the new version of the wiring regs hits the street.

RCD protection will be required for works on any altered circuit in bathroom.

it wont be before the 1st and im getting pros in to fit them, just need to know which to buy in ready for them to put in

The new version of BS7671 (IEE Wiring Regs 17th Edition) comes out on Jan 1st 2008

This is classed as a special location under Part P and BS 7671:

A RCD is a Residual Current Device (a powerbreaker is a well known brand), and these give enhanced protection in the event of a fault.

Remember to specify a Part P (BS7671) certificate and have it included in the price.

There is a window from 1st Jan till 1st July when an installer can work to the old version (16th Edition ) or the new version (17th Edition), after 1st July all work needs to be done to the new Regs
