Pond filter
Can anybody tell me the cheapest place to get a pond filter with uv. I have moved into a house with a pond in the back garden. I have a pump but no filter and the water is really green. Anyone got any ideas it is about 2000 litres.

Electricians paper work
Just had a an electrician in to fit a new fusebox and fit a fan in the bathroom. He has told me the jobs are part P reportable and he will be sending paper work to the local authority who will send certificates to me. Is this right or should he leave some paperwork with me?

Floor sanding, tricky black stuff on old wood
I have a floor sander hired this weekend to do my living room. Anyway there is horrible black stuff on the outer edges of my room. When sanding this it just coats the paper and is not coming up easily. The wood is possibly 1930's. Any advice to another solution to get this stuff from the wood?

I want to grout my kitchen tiling which are metalized tiles. The standard tub of Uni-bond grout says it's not to be used for metal detailed tiles. What should I use?
