Home alarm system driving my crazy

We moved into our first home 4 months ago, and have pretty much ignored the overkill alarm system that was installed by the previous owner. Its now annoying me as a beep is sounded whenever I open the back door.

It is a Menvier TSD402

My girlfriend is asleep right now as she worked a night shift and has another tonight.. i want to go into the garden but I can't as it will wake her up!

I'm scared to play with it incase I set the stupid thing off

Help, what do I do - i know the pass code but I think one of the 'personal alarm buttons' needs resetting and I don't know how to do it.

Thanks! I found that a little after i posted that.. i can now get to my garden and not wake up the sleeping girlfriend, yay

Even better, my home alarm now rings my mobile if it goes off! How cool is that!
