BTL 5 year fix? Any ideas
Dear all Am looking for a 5 Year fixed rate (quickly!) on a BTL Mortgage. Am currently with Northern Rock on a SVR. Have asked them for a review but they want to charge me £2700 arrangement fee for a 5.49 fixed! Can anyone do any better? Cheers
