OMG!!! this is ridiculous! Complain to the police compaints commmission. This is abslutely unacceptable.

It abolsoutely has to be the police that sorts this out.

You could go to environmental health to get them to respolve about the noise, but I would worry about repercussions of this, and TBH these are police matters.

CRIMES are being committed, what on earth gives someone the idea they can get away with stuff like this  The police leaving well alone I expect.

Take it to the top. Nothing esle you can do.

I would also suggest asking the police about restraining or exclusion orders -clearly you are fearful- why wouldnt you be you are blatantly being harrassed.

Get crime reference numbers also. Do fill in the diaries if nothing else this is the evidence the police will need to be able to prosecute.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

i went through the same thing, the police don't like to get involved in neighbour disputes, they advised us to go through the council and it got sorted out in the end after many windows being smashed and countless fights in the street it was like a scene from streets of rage on our lane on a weekend. they were jobless pot heads and alcoholics too (nice to know your hard earned money is being spent wisely) my neighbours lived in a private rented house though so they got threatened with eviction straight away. only thing i can suggest is to be ready with a camcorder when hes !!!!ed up

OP, have known someone who has been in similar situation in the past and know how awful a bad neighbour can be. For more advice, a good place is CLICK HERE. There are many people there who also have problem neighbours who can help, support and advise you.

lynzpower - not a criticism, but maybe edit your post as OP has deleted theirs, and things could get a lot worse should the OP neighbour stumble upon this post. :)
