Novice question re deposits
Can anyone tell me, if I make use of the M&S credit card to arrange a "loan" of whatever the limit of the card is, can I use this as part of a deposit on a house, or do mortgagers look at your credit cards debts when assessing whether to give you a mortgage or not?

Alternatives to Conveyancing Warewhouse.com? Lender wont deal with them
Any alternatives please? I instructed them last week. Now my Lender (GMAC RFC) have they said they will not deal with Conveyancing Warehouse/Roberts solicitors as they only have 1 partner. GMAC require my solicitors have 2 or more partners. Anyone else experianced this?
