Property Locators/Investors Club

Hi,
Has anybody signed up for this, watched the CD videos, attended the full day training and are now making money from it? I received some info in the post which seems too good to be true. The guy behind this is called Martin Welch who claims to teach you the secrets if you become a member of his club for £297.

I'd guess "Martin Welch" is "making money from it".

I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

I'd guess there are people out there who haven't watched his videos, attended any courses or paid Martin Welch any money and are making money too. ;)

Ridiculous. There's nothing you can learn that can't be learnt for free. Spend enough time reading through this forum or even the forums at singingpig.co.uk and you'll see how things work. The absolute fact is that if you want to make money in any area you have to work at it; you won't come out with all the tools you need after a video and a 'workshop'. The property market isn't rising like it was and you will not make money 'by accident' anymore.

I would not even consider buying new build apartments off plan as part of a 'club' because they are already overpriced and will be the first to fall if there is any sign of a slowdown in the market, even. Nor would I pay someone to find me auction property which I can find myself for free using the internet.

    Avoid.

    Agree with Doozer and Bob.

There is no easy way to make money in property. (anymore) All of these property clubs are out for one thing...to fleece you of your money, and supply new build deals which you will lose even more money on.

Don't become the next lamb to the slaughter.

Finding profitable deals is a full time job. It requires research, targetted marketing strategies and dedication.

None of these deals will be found in an EA window or even at an auction house.

However, if you are dedicated and apply all the correct strategies, then there is still serious money to be made (even in this slow market)

I'll sell you some of mine for that much. Hardly used...

Things that seem too good to be true often are. If this guy's making so much cash, why is he trying to share it with you and others by telling you the secrets?

I think you'll find successful businesses tend not to reveal stuff like that, although you could argue this bloke has already revealed exactly how he makes money! (£297 x as many people as i can get to fall for my scam = ?)

And if they did, they probably wouldn't send the info out randomly in the post, would they?!

I would tell you what i experienced when i became a locator it was tough to start off and in life you won't get the thing until you go for it. I just decided to stay with the experienced locater working brilliantly and learn t how they bring the deal for themselves and making money by leaps and bounds.
No need to worry about just apply the thing for which you trained and thing will automatically work
  • Fascinating. First time poster, goes to the trouble of searching for an 18-month old post, then uses their brand-new ID just to give weight to the alleged non-scam of these blatant scams...

Come on, admit who you really are, Martin W...

(Or if Martin has asked a friend to give a testimonial, at least get them to construct sentences that make sense...English is still the first language of the UK)

There was another property 'club', Inside Track/Instant Access Properties, who ran lots of seminars, workshops etc around 2006/7. They went bust, and the director(s) started up a new variant, IAP Global. I believe they've gone bust now as well.

Google any of these terms to research them, and search within these forums.

How likely is it that the club mentioned above will be any different or last any longer?
