Switching to Co-op when did they start taking the DD?
I am switching to the Co-op from Eon and Eon have stopped taking their DD, the last was 15th August. The Co-op was supposed to start on the 17th September but they haven't taken a DD yet. So to any who have successfully switched when did the Co-op start taking the DD?
