Switching to Co-op when did they start taking the DD?

I am switching to the Co-op from Eon and Eon have stopped taking their DD, the last was 15th August.
The Co-op was supposed to start on the 17th September but they haven't taken a DD yet.
So to any who have successfully switched when did the Co-op start taking the DD?

Coop took over my supply around the same date as yours in September. The DD was also taken on or around the changeover date. Hope this helps!0
