Changing Providers & Smart Meters

At the start of the year I changed provider for a better deal but after chasing an accurate bill I've been told they cant read my smart meters which will only work with the "Big 6" suppliers. Is this correct & has anyone find a solution ?

first utility can, most cant though
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Smart meters aren't even compatible between the Big Six.
But submit an accurate meter reading and you'll still get an accurate bill, smart meter or not.
